Jairo Saddi has more than 30 years of experience in Banking Law and Capital Markets, specialized in advice and legal opinions on contracts and financial transactions; derivatives and futures exchange; facility agreements and structured operations; liquidation and bankruptcy of financial institutions; payment arrangements; mergers and acquisition, authorization and amendment to memorandum of associations of financial institutions; Central Bank regulation; registration and regularization of loans and investments; and administrative proceedings in the context of the National Financial System. Currently, he is a member of the Boards of the following institutions: Banco Votorantim S/A, Fundação Padre Anchieta - TV Cultura, São Paulo Lawyers Institute - IASP and Fundação Getúlio Vargas - Center for High Studies in the Financial System.
He is an Associate Professor at the School of Law of the Foundation Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Rio de Janeiro, where he teaches Banking Law to graduate students; and he was Professor and general coordinator of the Law course at Insper/IBMEC. He has published numerous books, articles and other legal papers in Brazil and abroad. He is a columnist at Valor Econômico newspaper, where he writes about banking law and regulation.
He took his business administrator’s degree in Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo (1986), bachelor’s degree in Law (1987) and Ph.D. in Economic Law (1996) from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP) and Post-Doctor from the University of Oxford (2007).

Víctor Gabriel Rodríguez has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law, working before the Superior Courts, as an advisor and consultant in emblematic cases in the scope of Economic Crimes, Plea Bargain, Corruption. He was Assistant to the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court.
He is Associate Professor of Criminal Law at FDRP-USP, Doctor and Master in Criminal Law at the Faculdade de Direito do Largo São Francisco (FD-USP), specialist in Criminal Law at the University of Coimbra/ IBCCrim. Scholarship researcher at foreign universities, visiting professor at the Universidad de Granada (2020), visiting professor for the Doctoral course at the University of Valladolid-2017 (Colaboración Universidad Valladolid Junta Castilla y León) and at the Universidad Catolica de Colombia-2017. Member of the Interunits Latin American Integration Program (PROLAM) at USP.
Author of works that address topics such as plea bargain, compliance, economic crimes, corruption, financial operations with illicit assets, published in Brazil and abroad.
