Ana Cristina Gomes took her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law in the São Paulo State University (UNESP). In 2015 she worked as a professor in Criminal Procedure Law and was admitted to the Escuela de Doctorado at the University of Salamanca (Spain), where she conducts her Ph.D. in the “Instituto de Gobernanza Global”. She worked for 10 years in renowned law offices, in the Criminal Law area. She worked as Coordinator at the School of Law of the Subsection of the OAB/SP of Franca (2014-2017). She is currently an assistant editor of the Journal of Criminal Sciences of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCrim) and reviewer of several journals. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Competition and Innovation (ICBI). Ana participates in the Brazilian and Argentine group of Young Criminal Lawyers of the International Association of Criminal Law and research groups registered at CNPq. She also has articles published in journals and chapters of books in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Proceedings and Criminal Economic Law.

Giulia Ramos took her graduate bachelor’s degree in Law with honors at the Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo, where she is currently a master’s degree student. She specialized in Criminal Sciences at the University of São Paulo. Giulia is a member of the research group of Violation of Civil Rights in the Corporate Area, certified by the CNPq. Member of the group of Business Ethics & Corporate Crime Research of the University of São Paulo. She is a scholarship researcher of CAPES. She received a scientific initiation scholarship from FAPESP.

Guilherme dos Santos took his graduate bachelor’s degree in Law at the State University of Londrina (UEL). He was a member of the research group “Ethics, Legal Philosophy and Politics Philosophy”, which is related to the State University of Londrina, and of the Arbitration Group of State University of Londrina (ArbUEL). Guilherme was an exchange student of the 40th Exchange Program of the Administrative Council ofEconomic Defense (PinCade, 2020). He was an intern in the 5th Criminal Court of the District of Londrina (TJPR), as well as in other prestigious law firms.

Juliana Ferretti Lomba took her graduate bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law in the Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto of the University of São Paulo. Juliana researches in tax law and sustainable development, and her dissertation is titled " Tax benefits for biofuels: an analysis of tax expenditures compliance with constitutional standards ". She has published articles and working papers in the areas of Tax Law, Public, and Environmental Law. Her first contact with Tax Law was working as an intern at the National Treasury Attorney's Office (2012-2013). She has been working, since 2015, in the tax law area of renowned offices. Currently attending to the Accounting undergraduate program at FIPECAFI.

Kaira Regiani Solla took her graduate bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo. He is a dual-qualified lawyer in Brazil and Portugal. He holds an LL B from the Fundação do Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Sul (FMP-RS) and is currently pursuing his Academic Master's at the Centre for European and German Studies (CDEA) at the Law Faculty of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). In addition to his primary degrees, he holds a specialisation in Consumer Law from the University of Coimbra's Consumer Law Centre and a Diplôme d'université in European and Comparative Contract and Consumer Law from the Université Savoie Montblanc. He has contributed to various publications on competition and consumer law. His professional experience encompasses roles in indirect public administration and a law firm, in the areas of antitrust and dispute resolution, respectively.

Maria Eugênia Costa de Souza holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the Ribeirão Preto Law School of the University of São Paulo (FDRP/USP), where she was granted a fellowship by the Undergraduate Dean's Office. Throughout university graduation, she enroled in courses, tutoring and study groups related to Commercial and Corporate Law, and carried out an academic exchange program at the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), through which she continued her studies in that area and intersections with Economics. She wrote her graduation final thesis on Intellectual Property and Competition, which resulted in the publication of an article in a book.

João Victor Luiz Viana is a law student at the Federal University of Pernambuco. In his academic career, he is a founding member of the League of Economic and Competition Law - LDE, a CNPq researcher in Regulatory Law and was part of the UFPE team in the 2nd and 3rd editions of the WICADE competition. Maria Izadora de Sá Guimarães Dias holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Brasília University Center (CEUB). While attending graduate school, she completed an internship in civil litigation at a law firm. Additionally, during her graduate studies, she completed three internships at public institutions, including the General Prosecution of Distrito Federal (PGDF), the Court of Justice of Distrito Federal (TJDFT), and the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). She actively participated in the school's legal practice office. Prior to joining this law firm, she worked at the National Association of Federal Prosecutors (AMPF).
